Oslo is easily accessible from all Nordic countries.
Airport Transfer to and from Hurdalsjøen Hotell
Hurdalsjøen Hotell is situated 30 min by car from Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL) and is not served by non-stop public transport.
We will therefore arrange a bus to and from the airport at the start and ending of the meeting.
Departure time from OSL Airport Gardermoen Wednesday 18th at 14:30, estimated time of arrival at Hurdalsjøen Hotell at 15:15.
Return from Hurdalsjøen Hotell Friday 20th at 13:30, estimated time of arrival
at OSL Gardermoen airport at 14:15.
Please take the following times into consideration when scheduling flights unless you plan to go by taxi from the airport to the hotel directly (approx. 30 min. drive, cost around 90 Euro).

Train (Flytoget)
For those travelling from/to Oslo downtown, there are frequent connections (20 min. by train).
Flytoget’s express trains offer the simplest and fastest journey to and from Oslo Airport.

Airport bus (Flybussen)
Flybussen operates several routes between the city centre and the airport.
Travel time from/to the city centre is 40-50 minutes.

Taxi
Oslo Taxi and other companies have dedicated Airport Taxis with flat rates for trips from//to Oslo. The rates depend on the time of day, number of passengers and your point of departure or destination. You can find the rates on each company’s website.
If you want to travel from Oslo airport, we strongly advise you to order your taxi through one of the machines just outside the arrival hall. The machines display the fares of all available taxis, so that you can chose the best option.
After selecting your taxi, you are picked up within five minutes.
Do not take taxis from the airport that you haven’t ordered online or on the machines as prices may vary greatly. Remember that drivers are obligated to give you a fixed rate before your departure.
