Accommodation

Hurdalsjøen Hotell can offer a total of 111 rooms. All rooms have double beds apart from 34 rooms offering separate beds. If you decide to share a room with a colleague, please indicate this when registering and state the name of the person.
Rooms will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.
Participants registering late may in worst case have to stay at one of the hotels by the aiport.

NPCM can offer very special rates at our conference hotel, Hurdalsjøen Hotell.


Hotel rooms | special rates can only be guarantee up until latest 17 July. From 18 July, all rooms are on request.

Per person per night in a single room NOK 1.495,-
Per person sharing in double occupancy NOK 1.190.-
Breakfast included

Reservation and cancellation conditions
From July 2 all rooms are on request and contracted rates are no longer available.
Cancellation up until 15 July, refund of total accommodation costs less one night accommodation/single og double occupancy
Cancellations from 16 July will be refunded with 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations from 16 August, no refund
For all cancellations: Changes must be in writing and forwarded to npcm2024@cic.no

In the event of a government-imposed band from 1st September due to a pandemic situation, you will berefunded 90% of the accommodation costs.
Please ensure you have a valid insurance covering a pandemic situation.

Parking - Hurdalsjøen Hotell:
Guests can park for free at the hotel. There are also many charging stations, and charging cards can be purchased at the reception.


Check-in and check-out:
Rooms cannot be guaranteed until 15:00 at the earliest. On weekdays, you have the room until 10:00 on the day of departure.


Breakfast is served:
Monday-Friday 07:00 - 10:00
